Gujrati is one of the languages spoken in Srare of Gujarat in India. There are over Gujrati speaking families in Ashton-under-Lyne. At our Centre we teach Gujrati from the age of 6 to any age TEIFC is a self sustained group of 90 registered members. The exercise group runs on Thursday morning. The actvitiy include cardiovascular exercises ending with Yoga.

This includes Community Support Service. Our community support can help you or a loved one remain independent. We can provide support with a home visit to assess your needs and provide up to six weeks of tailored support. This could be Day Support at our Independent Living Centre. Our Independent Living Centre offers day support and activities for the over 50's.
You can spend the day with us, join in with a range of activities such as; singing, craft, chair based exercise Best Foot Forward 10 week programme. Best Foot Forward is for people aged over 50 who have had a fall, have a fear of falling or may be at risk of falling and for people who would like to improve their strength and balance and remain Next Step Foward. The Next Step Foward service offers a range of exercise classes for people of all abilities. Sessions are held in the purpose built exercise studio and currently include Yoga and Tai Chi.
